Juicing with Love and a Hurom since Peloton

I am in my first three weeks of riding with a Peloton Bike.
This exercise thing is really helping my mind in so many ways! All of you know how much I have always loved to exercise - but what most don't know is since I ran my last half marathon I stopped doing heavy cardio! I was having some major pain in my lower back that was so irritated it hurt to run. I tried many things - nothing helped totally and noting quite helped my mind slow or quiet the F down! I wasn't feeling quite like myself ever. Since I started riding - something I always wanted to try but was too embarrassed to embark on in a class - I have since - began trimming up more, building loads of new strength in my muscles (lower back, core, legs, butt) and my mind is shifting! I have a meditation coming in - a place where my mind can check out - and I was able to do it in the privacy of my own home! So convenient !!! I am back to cardio! Something my body and mind love!!!!! I guess I have had to take some leaps of faith and best part - the calories I'm burning are creating more hunger which is helping me stay on track eating more frequently and making me crave higher quality nutrition (thank god for my shakes) which ya'll know how I feel about my Isagenix! Bottom line - DO YOU!!!!!!! Figure it out by never quitting!
